  1. Listen. Have you ever noticed that really attractive people give you their full attention. They show you that they have heard you because they have been actively listening to you. Now, ask yourself are you so busy trying to sell your thing that you forget to act like a human on LinkedIn?
  2. Use LinkedIn Polls to help you to understand your followers better. Find out what they are interested in by asking them.  Reach out to people that you know and ask them to help you to better understand what they need by voting for the poll that you have created.
  3. Share. It doesn't have to be your content. It can be other people's relevant content with an insightful comment that helps your ideal client to understand why they should read the article that you are sharing.
